Receive a request for lifting services
You will receive notification about new Request via SMS, email and in your personal account at website.
Responsed to Request
After reviewing the Request send your response including technical and commercial proposal using the MYCRANE website form.
Agree to the job
If the Customer chooses your proposal, you should confirm and execute the Request. Sign all necessary completion documents required by the Customers uppon completion of the services (or the reporting period).
Mycrane transfers the amount for the past reporting period to you, with holding the service commission, after receiving payment from the Customer.
Register with the service
Sign up using the telephone number and TIN (tax number) of your company
Accept the terms of the Agency agreement (the offer)
Download and sign the agency agreement (the offer)
Add categories and cranes
Add your cranes in the fleet and select the regions where you provide lifting services - then you are set up to receive Requests
